Goals for 2014

Happy New Year!

Yes, it has been a year since I last logged in here. I tried to blog last year, but I just couldn't bring myself to do it. I missed mom so much, and with all the other life challenges it was a rough time. So here I am, starting over. 

I was sitting here in the quiet this morning, writing out my goals, and I thought, yeah. I need to write. I need a support group. I need to write my goals on my blog, and maybe in the process, I will gather a support group.

So my goals for this year are reasonable.
  1. Get up and move
  2. Eat healthier
  3. Drop 1 - 2 lbs a week
  4. Walk a lot
As I move through January, I'm sure I'll get back on track...
